Our organisation
PÖYRY ERÕTERV Co.'s staff number is stable and it has been around 170 people in the last 5 years. Due to the interesting tasks and good office atmosphere, the employees remain loyal to the company in a very long term, at the same time there is always opportunity for natural rejuvenation because of the professional recognition of the company.
Approximately 65% of the employees have college or university degree, mainly technical degree, and there are several employees with 2 or more degrees among them.
The employees have serious experience in their field of interest in the domestic as well as in the international field and among other things they put it out at interest as members and managers of various professional organisations closely related to our activities.
